*What is the flight duration ?

            It is 20 Min. You will be on the air for 20 Min. Take off and Landing is not included.

 

*Is there a guide in the flight?

           Our Captain will tell the names of the monuments while he is not communicating with ari control units.

 

*What is the difference between 15 Min and 20 Min?

           When you get 20 Minutes Group Flight you will see the same route plus Golden Horn, Pier Loti Hill, Kariye Museum... Longer flight always means more..:)

 

*Do you apply any age limit?

           No we don't apply. You can join our flights with your 7 Days Baby.

 

*Which seat will be mine?

            Our representative will let you know the available seats when you are getting your reservation. So before you come to our base you will know which seat will be yours.

 

*Is it possible to have private flight?

            Yes It is possible Please check our private tour page.

 

*Do you have car transfer?

            Yes we can organize your car transfer. Please lets us know your request. car Transfers will be extra. Our representatives will tell you the price of this service.

 

*Is it safe ?

            Our Pilots are retired army pilots and they have several hundred hours of flight experiences. Our Technical department made all required maintanences. And Civil Aviation controls all required maintances. So you are in safe hands.

 

*Is it possible to land to another point?

            We are sorry but since you shared the heli we can't land to a another point. We will start from Helicopter Tour Istanbul base and finish in the same location.

 

*How can I reach to your base?

            We will share our location to your whatsapp no when you get the reservation.

 

*Do you have parking area in your base?

            Yes we have you can park your car for free.

 

*When do I have to be in the base?

            We are asking you to be ready 30 minutes before the flight.

 

*Can I use my telephone to get pictures?

           Yes you can use your telephone.

 

*Is it possible to have some drink before the flight?

            In our base we have market, cafe and starbucks. You can get your soft drink and enjoy it before the flight.

 

*Is it possible to get a champagne or any other drink in the helicopter?

             We don't allowed to get a drink in the heli. Since it is a short time we also don't advice you to spend time to arrange a drink. When you land we will going to serve it for you :)

 

*Is it possible to make a propose in flight ?

            Ofcourse you can do. If you need any extra service please let us know we can organize a photogrpaher, a musician, a cake or bucket of flower

 

*Is it possible to change my flight date or time ?

            We are sorry but all reservations are final reservations. We can't cancel or postpone to a another date. All reservations are NonRefundable.

 

*What do you do if the weather is rainy?

            If the weather conditions is not suitable for a flight Our captain has to wright to cancel the flights. If your flight is cancelled you have to wright to get back full amount or reschedule your ticket. Only our Captain has to wright to cancel the flight. Passenger doesn't have the wirght to cancel.

 

*May I get a gift card for my friend?

            We have gift certification. You can get this certificate and  give to your friend. With this certifcation they will join one of our flight for free. Just they need to make a reservation.

 

*Do you have any dress code?

             No we don't have any dress code. But please don't forget that to getin th heli you need to make a high step.
